• Date of the Offer: October 2021
• Company: Microsoft
• Title/Level: Senior Software Engineer / L64
• Location: Hyderabad
• Base Salary: 48L
• Signing Bonus: 5L+3L
• Stock bonus: 100K USD (4 yr vesting)
• Bonus: 0-30%
• Total compensation (Salary + Bonus + Stock): ~78L (assuming 15% bonus)
• Benefits: Standard Microsoft Benefits
• Previous TC: 65L
• Other offers -

Microsoft seems to have just matched my AWS offer. I feel that i can definitely do better in terms of stocks. How can i negotiate this offer?
