Bonus - 10% (1.8 lakhs per annum)
Stocks - 6000$ (4.2 lakhs vested over 4 years)
Sign On Bonus - 1 lakh per annum for 2 years
Salary (One year) - Approx 22 lakhs per annum
Total CTC - Approx 26 lakhs

I feel it is little low as compared to industry standards, but they gave me more than 60% hike and had only one offer so didn't negotiate.
