Signing Bonus - 30L ( 20 for the 1st year, 10L for the next)
RSU - 40 units (5+10+10+15)
Total Comp for the first year - 6588750
Benefits - Sodexo, Gym and Broadband reimbursement, Cab, and other standard AMZ benefits

I am quite okay with the fixed and the signing bonus part, but was wondering if i can negotiate a bit on the RSUs.

Suggestions?

Current - 28 Fixed + 2 JB + 6L worth of stocks.
