Location: Remote, US (I live in Boston, MA)
Base: 165k
RSUs: 250K vested over 4 years. (25% yearly)
Annual Bonus: 0
Signing bonus: 10k
401k: 6%
My YOE: 10
Current TC: 175k (base + bonus, no RSUs)

I interviewed for Staff Engineer but they releveled me to Senior Software level.
The recruiter mentioned the compensation has been adjusted to the cost of living in Boston compared to the Bay area where the Head Quarters is.
