Can anyone tell if this is a good offer or if I should ask for more.

Joining/relocation bonus:4
Stocks : 2.5 lakh yearly
Retirals : 1.5 lakh
Yearly bonus : 2 lakh
Total comp: 23 lpa

I also have an other offers from not so well known startup's for around 15.5 lakhs. Will it be better to choose that over VMware? The work over there is backend development and there is a lot to learn since new features are being added everyday.

Current compensation: 4 lakh(service based company)
