Hi folks, I recently attended interview with zeta for Lead engineer position. I got final figures from them which i tried to negotiate. But didn't work. so i have to reject the offer.

yoe: 10 years
present company: travel based.
fixed: 38.5 including pf
stocks: 157 for the next one year and 140 for the rest 2 years. equivalent to 17.5 lakh stocks per year.
total ctc: 57 lpa including one lakh additional allowance for travel in cash.

zeta offered:
base: 60 lpa
joining bonus: 2lakhs
stocks: 30 lakhs for 4 years(10, 20, 30, 40 % for each year)
1st year salary: base + joining bonus + stocks : 65 lpa
