Hello Fellow Leetcoders,\n\nRecently got offer from Microsoft IDC and need your help in reviewing the same and room for negotiation:\n\n**Compensation Details:**\n\n* **Education**: B.Tech In CSE from Top NIT\n* **Years of Experience:** 9+\n* **Prior Experience:** \n\t* **Current Company:** Adobe, Bangalore\n\t* **Title:** Computer Scientist 2\n* **Date of the Offer:** September 2021\n* **Company:** Microsoft\n* **Title/Level:** Senior Software Engineer / L64\n* **Location**: Hyderabad\n* **Base Salary:** 46L\n* **Signing Bonus:** 7L+3L\n* **Stock bonus:** 180K USD (4 yr vesting)\n* **Bonus:** 15% (Target range is 0-30%, 15% is average)\n* **Total compensation (Salary + Bonus + Stock):** ~92L (Including joining bonus)\n* **Benefits**: Standard Microsoft Benefits\n\n**Previous TC:** 80L+\n\nThis is the initial offer and they didn\'t offer any significant hike over current TC, just matched my current TC.\n\nNeed your inputs on how much can I negotiate on base and stocks as offer in it\'s current form isn\'t acceptable as it doesn\'t add much value in compensation.\n\nPS: Will post my interview experience soon, once I\'m done with all my interviews and offers\n\n**Edit1: Google HC approved L5.
