Team : API gateway
Base : 43L
RSU - 1100 ( vested 25% anually)
Joining bonus - ( 6 + 6) for first 2 years
CTC - 68L for first 2 year.

Amazon(SD2) :
Team : Station tech ( last mile)
Base : 39.2L
SignOn Bonus: 20l + 11l
RSU - 15 vested over 4 years
CTC - 60L for first year , 55L from 2nd year onward.

I need info over work, WLB and growth opportunities at both place.
