BTech from Tier-1 (IIT/BITS)
Got a PPO from Samsung Research Institute,Bangalore.
Compensation:
Base : 14 LPA ( In-hand + PF + Gratuity + 2L(company bonus))
Sign-on bonus : 1L
Retention Bonus : 1L (at the end of 12th month with a clawback for next 12 months)
Stocks : None
Relocation bonus : 50k
Other benefits : Standard benefits(food,transport,insurance)

I am not sure whether to accept or reject it. Any advice will be helpful.
