I am having 1 year exp plus 8 monnths intenship exp in the same organisation

Have an offer from paytm payments team - 15 base + 1 joinig bonus
Have another offer from recko inc (series a finntech startup) - 19 base

what i have decided as of now is to join recko as they will provide good learning opportunities

Please suggest what to do , i am really confused and need to choose very soon
