College: Tier 1 college
Current Compnay: Product based company that works in Big data domain
Current CTC: 20L + 1.5L(variable)

Current Offer: 29L + 3L(Variable) = 32L CTC
Company: Gurgaon based well stablished startup

I have also cleared technical rounds of Cars24 and Paytm. In the coming week, I'll have salary disscussion with these companies.
So keeping above details in mind what numbers should i quote to them ? Also I am expecting offer from a Bangalore based Unicorn startup what numbers should i ask from them ?
