Hi All,

I got offer for Google Poland L5 position in GCP Java Engineer profile,
I am currently in Netherlands, Amsterdam area.
So I requested for the location as Amsterdam, as response they said that they do not have L5 in Amsterdam and can offer L4 only.
My preference is Amsterdam but I do not want to miss on L5 oppurunity.
can any one help out what will be the best thing to do,

Education: B tech CS
Years of Experience: 7
Prior Experience: 7 IT, tier 2 company
Company: google
Title/Level: L5
Location: Poland
Salary: 280,000 PLN
Relocation/Signing Bonus: standard
Stock bonus: 55000 USD/4 years
Bonus: 42000 PLN
Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 390,000 PLN

Should I choose L5 Poland Warsaw office, or L4 Amsterdam ?
I am planning to take Netherlands Citizenship, and only 1.5 years remain in this process, if I go to Poland I lose that and my salary in Poland is equivalent to what I am getting in Amsterdam, except the part of the stock.
What is the work culture and difference between L5 and L4 at Google.
