Currently, I'm working in one of the FAANG companies and got an offer for Senior Software Engineer position at one of the top bank in the US in bay area, California.

About my experience:

Masters in CS from Tier-1 uni. from US.
4 years of experience including tier 2 company and in one of the FAANG.

Following is the compensation:

1. Base pay: 220000
2. Performance Bonus: 20% of base pay
3. Fixed Bonus: 9000

There are no stock options and sign on bonus is not confirmed. Total compensation is around ~275000.
