Which should I join?

Freshworks:- 36 LPA Fixed + 2 Signing Bonus + 9 Lac RSU per year( waiting for IPO but not listed yet)
RingCentral:- 33 LPA + 3.3 Incentive + 2Lac PF/Medical + 4500 USD share per year(Listed in NYSE)

Please suggest?
