Need help in offer comparison and opinions on the same. I have 8 years of experience, Tier 1 college grad.
I have got offers from Flipkart and Razorpay. Flipkart is soon to be IPO
Flipkart - Tech Lead Position - SDE 4
Fixed + Variable(15%) - > 61 LPA
Joining Bonus -> 4 LPA
Stocks -> 13 LPA (52 LPA for 4 years)

Razorpay - Engineering Manager
Fixed + Variable(10%) -> 74 LPA
Joining Bonus -> 10LPA
Retention Bonus -> 5 LPA
Stocks -> 20 LPA (80 LPA for 4 years)

Which one do you think is better and why?
