Other details: This is the first offer received. I really liked their interview process and the problems they were solving but ultimately decided to walk away as I had heard bad reviews about the culture from various sources and had similar competing offers. They had come back offering to go higher though.

Interviews: Algo/DS, Past projects, System design (x2), HM. The algo problems were around LC medium, nothing too weird requiring obscure tricks. It seemed like they were focusing more on system design and what I've done in past roles.
