I have 2 offers in hand , need help do decide which one to go:

I have:
Education: BTech from Tier-2 college
Years of Experience: 6.5 years
Prior Experience: SDE2 at MNC

Company: Tekion
Title/Level: SSE
Location: Bangalore, India
Salary: 48 Fixed(includes both employer and employee PF also)
Relocation/Signing Bonus: ~
Stocks: 6000 ESOPS(vasted in 4 years), its not listed company yet.
Joining Bonus: 2 Lakhs
Other Benefits: Insurance of 5 Lakhs

Palo Alto Networks:
Company: Palo alto Networks
Title/Level: Senior Staff Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore, India
Salary: 40 Fixed(includes both employer and employee PF also)+12%variable in 1 year
Relocation/Signing Bonus: 1 Lakh(if you reallocate)
Stocks: RSUs worth $80k vasted 25% every year for 4 years
Joining Bonus: 5 Lakhs
Other Benefits: Insurance of 5 Lakhs

Why not Tekion:
I have heard about bad work life balance and working extended hours

Why not Palo Alto Network:
Since its a Networking company so not sure if that will be the complete domain change.

My priorities are learning and work life balance. I am worried about Tekion's WLB(went through glassdoor reviews), Can you guys please help me which one to choose.
