Hey thanks everyone who have commented here! I'm writing down detailed post around each round which is taking a bit of time. But before publishing it, let me tell some info around how I came to this package.

I was in L5 interview loop initially. But after all the interview rounds (3 DS, 1 Sys design and 1 Behavorial), I got downleveled to L4. But Hiring committee gave me a chance to appear for 2 more focused rounds for L5. I already had L5a offer from Uber which was around 1cr. Recruiter mentioned for L4, it tops at ~70L and for L5, there is not really any hard upper bounds :) So, I chose to appear for two more rounds and after which, HC finally approved L5. 150L package came without much negotiation. I mentioned to recruiter that Uber offered 10L signon. He fought for me with comp team (which is Singapore office based which decides comp for all APAC hires) at Google to get me this package with 15L signon :) (I wrote him a nice LinkedIn recommendation after accepting this offer :D)

It was a tiring and long process overall but it was worth it :) (Will post interview experience in detail but to be honest, it was NOT as difficult as I thought first before applying)
