Base: 27 LPA ( Prev Employer Base: 18 LPA - Noida).
Bonus: Nil
Stock: Nil
Other: Other Standared Benefits

Another offer:
Company: PhonePe ( Software Engineer )
Location: Bangalore
Base: 28 LPA
Stock: $25000 ( 4 Years )
Bonus: 3L (2Years)

Which one should I give the preference ? Should I negotiate with Oracle on another offer I have ?
