Razor pay SDE-1:

18 LPA base
2 Lakhs Joining bonus with 1 year clawback
6 Lakhs worth stocks vested over 4 years

Flipkart:

Salary: 19 LPA
Signing Bonus: N/A
Performance Based: 1.9 LPA
Stocks: 6lakhs (vesting 25 percent per year).

Current yoe 1+ in a product based company.
Current TC: 14 LPA
Education: BTech in Mechanical Engg from Tier 1 college

I'm losing sleep over this, which one should I take up? I'd appreciate any adivce!
