Sign-on Bonus: 8.5 LPA
Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stocks): ~ 26.5 LPA

Microsoft:

Salary: 18 LPA
Signing Bonus: 2 LPA
Stock bonus: $30k (4 years) ~ 5.4 LPA
