Have done some practice of questions on Leetcode around 50 or so not serious prep till now. Did watch some videos from various channels like Gaurav Sen, Rachit Jain, PepCoding, etc for the common questions.
Would like to know your views on whether I should negotiate or just try to get another offer. Which other companies to target considering I am specifically looking for companies that offer a good combination of work life balance and learning so compensation is not my main criteria.
