Offer : Fixed (27.27) + Variable(2.73) = 30 + 1 (Signing bonus) = 31 LPA.
Previous compensation: 16.35 + (10% variable) ~ 18 LPA from US service based startup.

Have doubts if I should join or not due to 6 days working and Working from Office restriction. Suggestions are welcome.

Verdict: Got retained by current company at 27 fixed + 10% variable. Providing permanent WFH and cool culture. Hence staying.
