I would like to get inputs from the community on both of these offers
Both are highly reputed companies with good culture and yearly pay is almost equal. Both have amazing perks & benefits.

Microsoft: Total = 40L, 1st Year = 23L
Salesforce: Total = 32L, 1st Year = 22L

Microsoft Pros:
Bigger Company, Well Known
More RSUs & better performing stocks

Salesforce Pros:
Better employee satisfaction, rated among top places to work
Slightly better base pay
Better WLB

Please give your views on both of these offers, I shortlisted these two and I have to choose among them.
