I am a new MCS grad from a target school. I have some internship experience and freelance/entrepreneurial experience but otherwise no "professional programming experience."

Can someone advise me on what the lead time is like from the time of submitting applications for FAANG and FAANG-like companies to the time of interviews? If I'm planning on feeling "prepared" in 3 months should I send out applications now?
