I have 7+ years of experience in the software development and worked on different technologies. Initially I worked on the Java,Strut2,Spring rest and hibernate. As well as I worked on the force.com custom application development for less than a year. My last experience was with machine learning and data science with R programming. I had to take a break because of maternity extended child care and I'm having 2.8 years career break. Now I'm planning to resume/restart my career but I have confusion which career path to select and how can improve my confidence. Companies not considering my profiles because of gap. Please help me how to overcome all these.
