Can someone help to formulate better decision among joining PayPal Cheenai or Ola Cabs,Bengaluru(Senior role - SDE3) ?

Just to give you some insight, I've overall 7.6 years of experience and working as back-end engineer in payments space.

Need some clarity on below:

1. In terms on compensation (not offered final offer letter yet), Can someone help with what should be asked? Both interviews went really well.
2. Future Growth and learning perspective
3. Work- culture
4. Stablity - though i'm sure Paypal wins over here but would like to listen from community as well.
