A little background. I am currently having 6 years of experience and I am working at a global organization. Apart from the salary and learning, job security, culture, work-life balance is great here.

I recently gave an interview with one company, it's a startup that is establishing their team and I am interviewed for a Lead developer position. The development team should be lead by me and the technology stack is the latest here. I would receive at least a 50% hike on my current salary.

So, should I take the risk of joining this startup is what I am not able to decide. Because I am not too good at clearing interviews at FAANG sort of companies and I need at least 2 to 3 months of preparation, and if any case this startup didn't click and I need to search for a new job it might get difficult for me.
