I would like to hear some opinions on this topic.
For similar companies regarding engineering culture and technology standpoint.
Would you rather take a less paid technical lead position at a fintech, which would probably involve rather high commitment level and hours,
or a senior engineer position at a food delivery company with higher compensation, say around 10% more in base salary and 8k/year more in stocks.
