Hey everyone,\n\nI am a fresher and already having an offer for the SDE1 at Microsoft. Recently, a Salesforce recruiter pinged me for the opening at Salesforce. I am not sure about the job description but it might be an AMTS (Associate Member of Technical Staff) offer of around 40 Lakhs CTC with 16 Lakhs base. On the other hand, Microsoft is offering around 43 CTC with 13 base pay. \n\nShould I go for the salesforce interview procedure? I am satisfied with the Microsoft offer and I have heard the work life balance and perks are good at Microsoft. \n\nPlease let me know your views :)
