Hello,

I am a SDE from India and have around 1.3 years of experience (2019 batch) and I am currently working at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IC2). I am currently enjoying my work and it is quite challenging. The tech here at OCI is world class (that's what I have heard from my teammates) and I am surrouned by folks from Amazon, Microsoft and other top companies.

I also have an deffered MSCS admit for fall 2021 in a top 20 school in USA. I am actually in a dilemma of contunuing with my good high paying job here or go for the MS? For me MS is also a equally good idea as I will also get to learn stuff there.

Keeping the compensation aside (I know US SDE's are paid more), what do you guys suggest?
