I have recently got an offer from Ola for SDE-II UI, As like any other person I went through glassdoor reviews of Ola, which seems to be mixed. A lot of people tend to use the phrase "used to be good".

Can anyone help in understanding the work-life, job security and their take on ola, considering the fact the I have another offer as well, Should I join Ola?
