Optum Work Culture and Growth Aspects, looking for feedback mates if I compare it to a paytm like company? which is a better brand?

Offer is almost same though variable part is more in optum (around 9 Lacs diff).

Years of experience : 12.8

One is offering Dev Manager and Optum offering Principal Engg.
