About a week ago, I received a mail from my recruiter regarding that I passed the Hiring Commitee and will go on to the Team Matching phase.

I had the following doubts:

1. I wanted to know how long does it take to get team matched?
2. How often is someone rejected at this stage?
3. I already have an offer from Amazon, does it help?
4. What is the process like internally?

Additional Info: I am a new grad passing out in 2021 from a tier 2 college and I think my resume is pretty strong and all interviews went great except 1 that went okayish.
