I want to join Microsoft and I accepted offer. Post that I got offers with higher TC. Should I ask Microsoft to increase the TC ? Will that be ok ? Other offers are from Oracle OCI, Atlassian and Uber. Other offers are atleast 15% and max 25% better than Microsoft. Will I risk the offer at Microsoft if I ask them to increase TC after accepting offer ? Its been 3 weeks since I accepted the offer from Microsoft. I wanted to join MS majorly for WLB and stability. To my understanding they almost maxed out the budget in current level and they might need to change level to accomodate the increse in pay.
