I am from a tier 3 college in India. The campus placements don't offer good companies. I will be graduating in 2021. How do I get better oppurtunities. My cgpa is a bit on lower side. I am 2000+ rated on leetcode and codeforces but don't have good projects. Most off campus companies don't have opening for new grads, even if they have they don't proceed with the interview process.
