Handling anxiety related to not so challenging work

I have been hired to a top Product based company in campus placements. The company's culture and perks are above bar. The company hired 5-10 people from our college. Each member got assigned to different teams.

All of them got a really good work where they are working challenging projects on latest cloud stacks, some are working on data science and stuff. Their managers are actually really helpful.

And sadly for me they assigned a dumb project where the Architects, Managers have no idea what is going on. I have been doing manual configuration work as a developer some times according to the project requirement. I thought of discussing with my manager to move me to a different team under him but after some talks with colleagues and been looking at the projects in the teams under him i got to know all of them are same shitty projects with dumb folks. ( Imagine when you hire one low skilled leader and he starts hiring all low skilled employees )

I'm really feeling sad that my career growth is at risk and it is really hard to digest this everyday. Started becoming anxious each day. Thinking about how others are learning a lot and while i'm stuck with low skilled work making me more anxious.

I started preparing DS Algo again so that i can move when any opportunity comes up. With this anxiety i'm getting frustrated when solving any DS Algo problems and leaving problems in the middle.

I actually got hired for a package ( 18 LPA CTC ) and now I'm trying to crack companies which offer more than that but loosing confidence each day.

Please help me with any suggestions or how you have over come this kind of situation if you already faced it.
