Hi Leetcoders, I have around 4.5 years of experience as backend developer, having worked in various technologies. The problem I face is my resume not getting selected anywhere. Forget Amazon, Google and such, I got a friend to refer me to Razorpay, resume didn't get selected, twice. Goibibo, Gojek, Adobe, RedHat, Microsoft, Twilio, Ola, PayPal, Altassian, Zynga, IBM, Citrix, Walmart, Cisco, Goldman, JP Morgan, Swiggy. All resume rejected.
I recently gave interview in a US startup, 4 technical rounds, medium leetcode level questions. I could answer all of them. But I miss out on the companies that I actually want to work in, mentioned above, because my resume is not even shortlisted.

Any tips for improving resume will be appreciated.
