Hi all,
I'm from Tier 1 college in India and have 4+ years of experience and currently working in well known MNC. I was recently interviewed by Google India for L4 but hiring committee has approved my packet for L3. What should I do now ? Shall I tell them to give me L4? I don't want to join as L3 because I've 4+ years of experience. Shall I turn down the offer If they're firm on offering L3?

Can anyone please help me here?
