Hello guys,

I am bad at negotiation and communication. I need your help on how to approach the below situations,

• Say, I received an offer from X company, the offer is not great but good to be considered. In this case, how to communicate with the HR that neither I am not declining the offer not accepting but I am looking for some better opportunities.
• Say, I received an offer from X company and the offer is good so I accepted the offer after all the negotiations. But I have received an another offer which is too good than my accepted offer. How we can handle/communicate with the HR after accepting the offer?
