Hello All,

I keep applying in big companies (FAANGM) and other similar but I have no luck in getting any interview calls.

I tried contacting individuals in companies for referral but most of them are not willing to refer (I understand their suituation - as I have not worked with them )

Does any know any better approach for getting interview calls?

Position - Database Engineer/BI Engineer
