Hey everyone,
I started off as an Application Engineer in Oracle right after my bachelor's. I recently got promoted to Senior Application Engineer title and the work has been good too. My work's highly focused on Order Management in Oracle Fusion Applications.
I'm thinking on exploring other career paths, maybe related to Java(cause well, I like Java. But I can learn other things too). But I've observed that some companies reject my profile even before taking my interview and if I even made it to the interviews, I see the interviewers get disinterested in my work. I think it's because Oracle follows a strict Oracle Internal policy, so any technologies we use are strictly Oracle licensed and for an outsider they don't make any sense. (we even have our own GIT implementation lol)
I think I'm good with coding and have good knowledge on system designing too.

Feel free to share any suggestions :)
Thanks and have a great day!
