I am a 2020 passout student form a tier-3 college. Currently placed in a service based company at 6lpa and started leetcode and codechef since March 2020. Till now reached 2-star on codechef and solved around 400+ leetcode questions.

Asked few people for referral and got around 4 referrals for differnt SDE-1 job ID but have not heard back from HR. All the referrals had been given around 10-15 days ago.

Can anyone help ?? Or has any Idea ??
