How do I approach the compensation expectations asked by the recruiter. [ SDE 2 Amazon India ]
My previous salary is around 6Lkpa.
Since, SDE 2 average salary is 400% more than my current salary, I was wondering how to approach the negotiation and whether it is possible to get the normal SDE 2 salary when the previous salary is way too low?
