I have seen multiple posts saying got oppurtunities in FAANG but rejected because of less salary (25L base pay per annum ) which is not even not dreamable for a guy completed degree from Tier 3 College and working in a normal MNC for 4 years, who is expecting a 10 L per annum as salary from the next jump (right Now 7L Per Annum).
As a newbee i have started using LeetCode and trying to solve as many problems as possible (Still Easy level feels hard for me as a newbee).
Any of the guys who have acheived the goal of getting a job in FAANG or a company with higher pay , please share your thoughts of how to fight and learn to achieve that dream so that it will be morale boost for people like me.
