Hi,
I got a PPO after internship from a reputed company. Also, my friend(who is from a better college(reputation wise, but both are tier 1 in India) got a PPO in the same company.

While the benefits are equal, the base pay for my friends offer is 1.4X mine. Also, the bonuses are 2X.

I recieved my offer a month before my friend did and thats why I accepted it(but the offer letter hasn't been signed yet).

Is their something I can do about it?

Some other details/doubts:

• The company asked not to disclose the compensation details to anyone.
• I am still a student and therefore I have no experience on how to handle such situations.
• If I do approach them, is there a chance that they get mad and take my offer back?
