I have received an LMTS offer from Salesforce for bangalore and L63 offer from Microsoft for Hyderabad. Compensation is almost similar (~75 LPA) in both the companies with Salesforce offering higher base component.

I have heard good things about the work culture at Salesforce, but I feel work wise Microsoft would be better as this is for a relatively new team in Azure. I am really finding it difficult to decide. In my next stint I am looking for a job that has the right mix of wlb and good quality of work.

What do you guys think is a better option?
