I interviewed with FB (Bay area) for E5 and received feedback as a strong E4 and was told there is no headcount as of now(FB recruiter said, it might open in end of september/October but not 100% sure). I received AmazonSDE II, Seattle offer( waiting on numbers). So, I am in a dilema whether to wait for FB (which is rated as a better company culturewise) or take Amazon for now and try for FB next year as E5 again.
What do you guys think is a better thing to do ?
