I have 2100+ rating on LeetCode and rank < 1000 on global leaderboard. I am a new graduate and wanted to switch to a new job.

I have been contacting few people over LinkedIn from the companies I am interested in. But the success ratio very poor. Only 40% of people accept my invite and 10% of those reply to my messages.

And hence, I am finding it difficult to get interview calls.

Can you please share some tips and tricks that you used during your search which worked pretty well?
