Hi, I have 12+ years experience in a Product Based company. I have decided to try new opputunities and have been preparing for the last 4 months. I am in USA for the last 7 years.

I have seen many comments - 'I was contacted by the recruiter'. Where should I register so that recruiters can contact me ? I have direct referrals in FAANG companies. But I wanted to start with companies like Walmart, Paypal etc., where i dont have direct referrals.

How can I apply for those companies ? Directly apply in each company portal ?

Please help.
